Executive Team Structure
Aspect Health's executive team is led by a Chief Executive (Dr Simon Hargreaves) and comprises a Finance Director (Dr Mike Hanrahan), a Medical Director (Dr Michael Van Dessel), a Marketing and Communications Director (Dr Jon White), a Company Secretary and Operations Director (Dr Nat Wright) and the Head of Human Resources (Ms Tracy Steward). Two Nurse Advisers contribute to the executive team as does a lay adviser/patient liaison.
Reporting to relevant executive team members are specialist clinical directors and staff who perform key roles within one or more federation practices.
Working committees such as HR, Finance and Marketing are in place, each of which is chaired by an executive team member accountable to the Chief Executive.
